The last few days & Double sideaches

I have worked out this week. Due to the power problem, 4 kids, and our internet not working I have not got on to type. MOnday I ran in the parking lot. It started to get really hot. 9:00 is too late to be running in the morning. I never made it to my swim that day.
Tuesday I dragged the kids to the pool and swam. I feel very confident with my swimming. I would like to say I have no doubt that I will make it out of the lake in 9:00 minutes or less. I'm also sure I will, but we'll see. How long it takes to transition might add a bit of time. So right now that is where I'm shooting for in the swim. That night I ran to Lake Point. It was going awesome. I felt good. I was running fast. (Fast for me) When I got double side aches. A lot of times I can run through this. But I couldn't. I was in so much pain. I stopped and walked it out. It took me about 10 minutes to recover. I don't know what I was doing wrong. It was very frustrating and I was wondering what would happen if this happened in the race. So far in all the races I haven't faced side aches. Good thing. My goal for the run in the race is to go under 30 minutes. I don't know what my bike goal should be since I haven't really ridden.
Wednesday I went to the gym and did the spinning class. It kicks my butt. It was an hour and then I headed to the treadmill to run. I ran a mile right after. (Not fast by any means.) I was planning to run more, except their was a scary movie on and I had to run to the bathroom. So that was the end of my workout. Thursday. Today should be biking. I didn't get up early enough to bike. Tonight I wont be able to because we have a family get together. Honestly I feel exhausted. I think I might take it easy today and let my body rest. It's a bunch of things adding up. I'm tired. Belle hasn't slept through the night for me. I'm worn out. So if I do anything it will be only biking to go feed the ducks and a little ride after that.
