We've been training all summer long for this, so I don't think we have anything to worry about. Try to not freak out in the water (Sandra) or on the bike (Hillary) or during the run (all of us) and we'll do fine.
I found it useful to bring a bottle of gatorade for the bike ride in addition to water, but you may want to try an energy shot or what not. That bike ride is tough and especially with running the three miles afterwards. Also, you're running a lot faster at the beginning than you think you are, so don't try to go too fast at the start of the run. You'll get winded (especially up that hill) and then you'll struggle the rest of the run. It will feel slow, but I promise you're going a good pace.
I can't believe the day is almost here. Big prizes will be in store if we complete both of the goals. :) Especially goal #1.
