Treadmill 6 x 400

I didn't come up with a great name for this workout. I thought it would be easy to find when I compare how I am improving. Jer has always thought our treadmill was not correct when you run on it and then it shows the time. Anyways it's hard to compare to what I do outside because outside I'm much faster, except I feel like I'm running faster on the treadmill. Who knows?! Anyways here's my splits

1-2:30
2-2:17
3-2:11
4-2:12
5-2:17
6-2:28

I did run my hardest and wanted to quit. I decided I'm going to post a sign that says, "The only thing stopping you from Boston, is YOU!"
